Bring one thing you've been meaning to do for longer than you'd like to admit: a conversation you've avoided, a decision that's been pending since spring, a goal you set in January and haven't touched. We'll spend the call figuring out what's actually stopping it.
That's useful whether or not we work together, which is the point. If I'm not the right fit, I'll tell you on the call and I'll usually know who is.

What to expect
- You book a time. Thirty minutes, video or phone, whichever you prefer.
- We talk about the thing you brought. Not a discovery script. An actual conversation about what's stuck and why.
- I tell you honestly whether I can help. If yes, I'll explain how engagements work: six months, sessions every other week, check-ins by text or email between them. If no, I'll say so.
No follow-up sequence, no pressure. One call, one honest answer.
Before you book
- How long until we can talk?
- Usually within a week. If it's urgent, say so in the form and I'll find something sooner.
- Do I need to prepare?
- No. Bring one unresolved thing and that's enough.
- What does coaching cost?
- Engagements are billed monthly, $2,000–$3,000 per month, six-month minimum. Full detail on the coaching fees page. I'd rather you know before the call than after.
